DeFi Growth

• Define and execute a growth strategy for the protocol and DeFi projects.
• Lead projects, often building from 0-1.
• Work with partners, both internal and external to ensure the success of projects.
• Horizon scanning for opportunities within the DeFi space.

Required Experience:

• Strong knowledge of how to successfully build a DeFi project with a focus on talent, product, risk, finance, and growth.
• Experience working in a growth, business development, or ecosystem role with a layer 1 or DeFi project.
• Proven track record of leading teams, businesses, or products.
• Experience and knowledge of traditional financial products.
• Fluent in English, other languages are a bonus.
