Responsibilities:
  • Drive implementation of key decisions across the organisation, ensuring full alignment and accountability.
  • Consolidate strategic insights from the business, communicating to key stakeholders, and supporting the making of material, both internal and external.
  • Be the human router – ensuring things happen when they should whilst also to figuring out the best way to implement brand-new ideas.
  • Implement the quarterly OKR and prioritisation processes across the organisation.
  • Spin up new initiatives as the “tip of the spear” to turn ideas into structured operations that you can then scale yourself out of. These might range from finding a team to build a component to standing up a VC or an incubator.
  • Come up with other creative ways to make the organisation more effective, whether by creating new programs, streamlining operations, hiring, managing more effectively or kick-starting and owning a completely new initiative.
Requirements:
  • Experience operating at the exec level of a growth organisation
  • 5+ years of demonstrated excellence in building and leading technology companies or consulting
  • Outstanding business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and flexibly to ensure effective and professional delivery of operational business services
  • Demonstrated passion for the blockchain, crypto or web3 space
  • Proven capabilities to operate in a startup environment or a client service environment

This new synthetic stakes across an index of token economies according to a fixed and transparent on- chain investment strategy. Market participants can maximize time-locks and reward rates while maintaining the flexibility to exit positions through a dedicated AMM pool.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead architecting and implementation of the synthetic staking product
  • Design and implement periphery contracts
  • Own contract security design and review as well as security guidance documentation
  • Build systems at scale to prevent classes of vulnerabilities
  • Monitor engineers, and collaborate with designers, product managers to turn requirements into products.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building and releasing production grade Solidity contracts
  • 8+ years of technical experience, degree in math or computer science
  • Strong understanding of the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine), L2s, and the DeFi/Web3 ecosystem
  • Prior experience deploying complex smart contract systems to the Ethereum mainnet
  • Experience implementing complex math in Solidity
  • Experience with React, and Node.js and other frontend technologies
