Senior Full Stack Engineer

DeFi Recruitment is looking for two Senior Full-Stack Developers to join a well backed web3 venture in London! Our client is creating a new web3 experience for collectors and creators. Their aim is to be the one-stop-shop for NFT’s – they have big ambitions, lots of funding, and an entrepreneurial team to make this vision a reality.
 
This isn’t a typical job – we are seeking driven individuals with a hunger for product ownership and impact. You’ll be working on solving challenging problems revolving around the use of Web3 technology into a code-free platform.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of engineering solutions from beginning to end, bridging the gap between product and blockchain by directly working alongside our suite of talented engineers – bringing ideas to life
  • Opportunities for rapid growth and progress as an early joiner in the team, being at the forefront of key decision making
  • Build highly scalable and secure infrastructure, leveraging tools like Docker, Kubernetes and AWS to solve the most interesting of technical challenges.
  • Ability to work across a wide range of areas ranging as an opportunity for career development, in anything from smart contract integration on our platform to scaling of our back-end as we continue to grow
  • Helping to nurture engineers through mentoring and education
  • Work using a wide suite of languages across our whole stack, from front-end to back-end: React, Next, Node.js, Nest.js, Typescript, CSS, (+ Solidity if you want to explore Blockchain-specific solutions!)
  • Oversee and lead an extremely talented team of engineers

 
Required Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in building front-end solutions in React/Next and CSS, with a firm grasp on deploying a user-driven UI
  • 6+ years of experience in building back-end solutions in Node.js, Nest.js with Typescript, and a good intuition or proven track-record in building scalable solutions
  • 6+ years of managing a team in a similar role
  • Competence in react-native (Preferred)
  • Above all, passion to work as part of a fast-growing team with ambitious goals for constant innovation and development
