DeFi Recruitment has partnered with a novel DeFi infrastructure provider that is about to launch a  real time risk processing platform to service all areas of the DeFi ecosystem, initially focusing on liquid staking, lending protocols, and yield aggregators. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm at the forefront of this field which is very well capitalised

  • Their infrastructure quantifies risks and identifies risk-adjusted returns in real-time by providing a comprehensive view of DeFi-specific risk dimensions across chains, protocols, and liquidity pools.
  • Their modular architecture allows output to be customised. Clients can access risk related data streams by using event driven data and use intelligence to optimise portfolios and react effectively to sudden changes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and invent new value propositions with existing relationships and partners.
  • Creating and implementing growth strategies for new business development and expansion.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to develop and manage a pipeline.
  • Present, sell, negotiate and onboard new clients.
  • Engage in projects across ecosystems and identify additions to the client base.

Experience

  • 5 – 8 years in a business development / sales position
  • Experience working in the DeFi ecosystem with strong connections and knowledge across liquid staking, lending, and yield aggregators. 
  • Experience growing and managing a team of business development managers. 
  • Great all round communication skills.
  • Passion for web3 technology.
