DeFi Recruitment has partnered with a disruptive and well-funded business in the Crypto field. Their service offering is unique and revolutionary for non-native crypto organisations. Our client has already signed notable partnerships with F500 businesses and leading FinTech’s enabling them to integrate crypto into their product offering.
They are looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer who will be instrumental in growing their global presence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the organisations expansion and presence, globally
- Manage regulated entities reporting requirements
- Interface with major clients
- Treasury management including DeFi
- Interface with investors
- Manage KPI reporting
- Lead future fundraising
- Explore acquisition opportunities
- Lead the financial and risk analysis around a product launch.
Requirements
- Previous working experience as VP of Finance or CFO for 10 years, ideally with time spent at a growth stage company
- MA in Accounting, Finance or similar relevant field and data analysis
- Hands-on experience and a proven track record in B2B FinTech businesses
- Passionate about Digital Assets
- Problem solver and critical thinker mindset
