DeFi Recruitment has partnered with a market leading law firm with 5000+ lawyers worldwide. Currently, we are assisting with the buildout of their crypto practice based out of London. About our client:
They work closely with a broad range of clients in the crypto space including; DeFi, NFT, Metaverse, and Web3 projects. They act on the most part for the largest institutions as well as numerous high-growth, venture backed scale-ups. They are involved in highly specialist work that involves advising on crypto products, legislation, regulations, and business models.
The team consists of former in-house lawyers, all of whom are heavily involved in all aspects of the crypto ecosystem. The team is collaborative, close-knit, and supportive. A truly fantastic place to work.
 
Requirements:

• A minimum 3PQE with experience in crypto, NFT’s, Web3, Metaverse, etc.
• Understanding of Tokenonmics and crypto business models
• Experience with crypto asset regulation (token opinions, business structuring, license applications, offshoring, etc)
• Prime brokerage experience (desired but not essential)
